Marketing Automation Consultant

Job Description - Marketing Automation Consultant

At Unreal Digital Group, we believe in creating authentic B2B marketing experiences for our clients. We also believe in hiring team members who embody authenticity and want to create marketing campaigns and programs that move the dial.

For this critical role, we are looking for a passionate marketing automation guru who is both a self-starter as well as a team player. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand generation and/or account based marketing as well as have experience creating and managing end-to-end marketing automation programs.

We are a virtual team, so a strong work-from-home ethic is important to ensure you're able to deliver on agreed-upon client objectives. We are passionate about marketing here at UDG - and it’s our hope that this role will feel that same passion for marketing, technology and finding creative solutions to our clients problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with a major marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo and/or Pardot (preference to candidates with Marketo and/or HubSpot)
  • Work directly with UDG’s client services team as well as clients’ MOPs teams
  • Planning, execution, testing and reporting for marketing automation campaigns, including inbound, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead management
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns inside MAP (e.g., iteration, A/B testing, etc)
  • Provide reporting and analysis on program performance data and funnel attribution
    research, recommend and execute 3rd-party integrations based on clients’ martech stack needs
  • Experience with documenting information for both internal and client reference
  • Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems and issue in a timely manner
  • Must be comfortable working with client services team and presenting to clients when needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Certification in one or more marketing automation platforms, Marketo and HubSpot preferred
  • Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.com, Asana or Wrike
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Vigorous time management skills and have the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients 
  • Possess an always learning mentality and is passionate about quality deliverables and successful outcomes
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion

Additional Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or other relevant web design coding languages. WordPress experience is a plus
  • Expertise in a secondary marketing automation platform
  • Previous agency experience
  • Experience with sales operations tools (Outreach.io, SalesLoft) and CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Marketing Automation Platform implementation and/or migration experience

Account Strategist / Demand Gen Program Manager

Job Description - Account Strategist / Demand Gen Program Manager

At Unreal Digital Group, we believe in creating authentic B2B marketing experiences for our clients. We also believe in hiring team members who embody authenticity and want to create marketing campaigns and programs that move the dial.

For this role, we are looking for a collaborative marketer that can not only manage and deliver marketing programs to plan and budget, but also has a strong understanding of digital campaigns including paid search and paid social.  While we do not expect this role to optimize Google Ad campaigns, we do expect this role to be able to work with our digital team to best leverage digital as part of the overall demand mix. Modern demand generation practices should be core to your DNA.

We are a virtual team, so a strong work-from-home ethic is important to ensure you're able to work with your virtual team to deliver on agreed client objectives. We are passionate about marketing here at UDG - and it is our hope that this role will feel that same passion for marketing and finding creative solutions to our clients problems while owning and running marketing programs with confidence.

Job requirements and abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience of demand generation campaign execution; agency experience a plus
  • Strong project management and budget management skills
  • Working knowledge of digital campaigns and an solid understanding of how to integrate these platforms to traditional communications campaigns
  • Passionate about reporting and analytics
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms and knowledge of other martech tools like Drift, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
  • Vigorous time management skills: ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients 
  • Core understanding of all types of B2B marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital) including content creation and how to deliver on the client's strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage work streams across teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to reach out and build relationships with client, manage expectations and inspire confidence, gain client input and deliverables in a timely fashion to enable programs to be executed according to plan
  • Able to compile content and lead weekly campaign reviews with clients with a focus on outcomes vs objectives
  • Knowledge of how to identify new areas within the client's business where UDG might engage
  • Confident in front of a client
  • Possess an always learning mentality and is passionate about quality deliverables and successful outcomes

Account Strategist / Content Program Manager

Job Description - Account Strategist / Content Program Manager

At Unreal Digital Group, we believe in creating authentic B2B marketing experiences for our clients. We also believe in hiring team members who embody authenticity and want to create marketing campaigns and programs that move the dial.

For this role, we are looking for a collaborative marketer that can not only manage and deliver marketing programs to plan and budget, but also has a strong background in content marketing and strategy. While we do not expect this role to write white papers or ebooks, we do expect this role to be able to roll up their sleeves and do some heavy editing when needed. As well, you may need to jump in and write email, ad or landing pages copy. We also expect this role to be able to support content strategy projects such as personas, messaging, content audits and content ideation. Modern demand generation practices should be core to your DNA.
