The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced RevOps Consultant to join the UDG team. Reporting into and supported by the RevOps Director, this tech-centric role is a great chance for a talented and passionate RevOps Consultant to manage and develop a portfolio of global blue-chip brands and widen their skill sets in all things RevOps. 

The role demands a dedicated tech guru who is ready to jump into a multitude of tech stacks and begin diagnosing gaps and proposing scalable paths forward for optimal success. Knowing MAPs and CRMs like the back of your hand is a must as you will be the technical SME, working with UDG clients and UDG internal teams to resolve pain points and create positive, results-driven solutions across systems to help drive clients’ bottom line.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Technical Strategy
Aligned with the RevOps Director and Senior RevOps Consultants, you will act as the systems SME, taking into account the various tech involved, and provide tangible, strategic plans and processes that clients can implement (with or without our help) to break down system data silos and flawlessly execute and measure campaigns across a client’s tech stack.

  • Proactively identify potential gaps in the current tech stack and provide solutions that help scale a client’s tech maturity

  • Provide technical guidance that leverages cutting-edge best practices on how to most-effectively execute and track campaign success (and revenue) across the tech stack

  • Work across client departments to understand how the tech stack operates today and provide recommendations on current and future integrations

  • Understand proposed strategy and make recommendations that align with complex cross-system and B2B hierarchies

Implementation and Execution
Oversee technical implementation and execution for promotional and operational efforts – from list imports to system audits to system integrations, you’ve seen all the plays and know how to quickly and effectively launch tactics and track the results.

  • Easily execute routine campaigns from email blasts to multi-touch nurture builds

  • Build out critical operational infrastructure that scales to fit business needs

  • Q+A pre and post launches to confirm performance is going off as intended

  • Conduct system audits, implement relevant system integrations and create/refine system workflows as needed

  • Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and solve technical issues

  • Document training guides, cross-functional processes, system infrastructure and mapping documents as needed (schematics are kinda our thing)

Project Management
Reaching non-technical audiences and building trust cross-departments, cross-roles and amongst stakeholders is critical to UDG’s success and embedded in all teams here at UDG.

  • Foster strong relationships with all key client decision makers and stakeholders at both a senior and operational level

  • Understand client pain points and business goals, and provide solutions addressing needs at the source

  • Communicate with clients effectively, regardless of their own RevOps knowledge

  • Lead client-facing meetings and comms on a routine basis

  • Build out effective project plans that clearly understand scope and meet client deadlines

  • Identify potential opportunities to further support clients and bubble up to appropriate internal stakeholders

  • Openness to mentor/share knowledge internally or externally to help level up team members and clients

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more MAP system(s) such as Hubspot, Marketo and Pardot (certification required)

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM such as Salesforce (certification preferred)

  • Report on client KPIs within MAP and CRM

  • Additional reporting tool experience such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc a plus

  • Additional RevOps system experience such as Outreach, Salesloft, LeanData, Drift, Zendesk, Zoominfo, 6Sense, Demandbase, etc a plus

  • Basic understanding and experience with system mappings and integrations (native preferred, non-native and webhooks a plus)

  • Experience technically overseeing lead management (lead lifecycle, attribution, scoring and SLAs between marketing and sales)

  • Clear understanding of Opt-in/Opt-out best practices and building subscription centers with GDPR in mind

This role is responsible for the editorial quality of content across a set of accounts and requires a strong ability to bring messaging and value propositions to life in varying formats. It requires deep experience in developing exceptional content and a keen understanding of how that content works to drive demand as part of a larger integrated marketing program. This role will inspire client teams by providing strategic oversight and guidance in the planning, creation and implementation of content. It also holds financial control and oversight of the day-to-day operations of content-led accounts, ensuring quality of work and delivery of services to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Include

Client-facing

Work directly with content-led clients or clients with a robust content delivery need to maintain and expand relationships in partnership with the Account Directors and Client Services Director. Build trust with core client partners by understanding their business challenges and providing strategic POVs that build and strengthen key client relationships.

Client Relationship Development

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key client decision makers at both a senior and operational level in order to be commercially successful.

    As the Account Coordinator you will be supporting the account leads on the successful delivery of campaigns, as well as taking ownership of value-add tasks as outlined below. You will also have the opportunity to work on several key clients across B2B Marketing channels and as part of a team help your managers and directors deliver commercially focused activity for technology clients, globally. 

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Campaign management: 

    Working across a variety of marketing techniques to drive awareness and leads for our clients. Coming up with ideas for integrated, creative campaigns for clients. 

    Account management

    Working with the Account Manager’s to really understand our clients’ businesses, audience and strategic opportunities. Being super-organized, liaising with multiple stakeholders and suppliers on a campaign and ensuring marketing projects are delivered to time and to budget. 

    Analysis and reporting

    Analyze data, create weekly summaries, update budgets. Creating well written, thoughtful reports for the Account Manager/Director to present to clients. 

    Content creation

    Copywriting and coordinating the production of excellent content, including video, social media, whitepapers, infographics and webinars alongside content specialists. 

    Research

    Getting under the skin of new markets, competitor products and content trends, as well as gathering inspiration on the latest technologies to serve up dynamic content. 

    Administration

    Supporting the Managers/Directors with administration work as required including timesheets, expenses, scanning, filing contracts etc. 

    Skills and Experience

    • You’ll have excellent communication skills.

    • You’ll have 1+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role, preferably within an agency environment

    The Role

    As Senior Account Manager you will support the Client Services Team and report directly into an Account Director. You will use a broad range of multi-channel delivery skillsets with a key focus on implementation rigor and discipline as part of our client delivery team.

    This position holds responsibility for core campaign delivery across a number of clients. You will be an essential lead in implementing new processes and will use and input to our regular reporting for both internal audiences (forecast, billings) and clients (status, campaign measurement and ROI reporting).

    For this role, we are looking for a seasoned marketer with understanding of full funnel campaigns, marketing technology and paid search and paid social, in order to provide direction for the team.  

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Client-facing

    Work directly with clients maintaining and expanding relationships in partnership with the Account Directors and VP of Client Services to build and strengthen key client relationships.

    Financial Management

    Manage the financial lifecycle of projects and work with the Account Director to manage monthly actual and forward forecast of billings per client. Manage budget utilization against project completion across clients.

    Project Management

    Set up and manage the delivery of key client campaigns – on brief, on time and in budget:

    • Demonstrate consistent process rigor: work within and influence process, lead status reporting and regular client project status meetings with detail-oriented actioning of client feedback
    • Manage multiple clients and campaigns in parallel, adopting a problem-solving mind-set and communicating clearly and logically both verbally and in writing

    Stakeholder Management

    Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure our level of delivery meets expectations

    • Ensure required internal resource (e.g. tech) is scheduled in line with agreed timelines
    • Quote new project work (liaising with external suppliers for production quotes)
    • Support other team members when required (across the creative, sales and one-to-one calling teams)

    Creative, digital & demand focus

    Sound digital thinking with demand generation campaign experience from inception to completion:

    • Multi-channel thinking and delivery across a customer / buyer journey
    • Support the go live of automation-driven campaigns
    • Lead with a creative mindset, developing written and verbal creative briefs

    Reporting

    Status and financial reporting in line with Financial and Project Management tasks above.

    Training

    Assist the VP of Client Services  in onboarding and training new Client Services team members.

    Skills and Experience

    • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing agency 
    • Highly motivated and a self-starter with sales and client service skills
    • Solid experience in marketing automation platforms, sales enablement and ABM
    • Enthusiastic, a go-getter who is happy to take the initiative and able to work at pace, jumping between different projects
    • Commercially-focused with prior experience in a client service role – preference to those with B2B Demand Gen or Content Marketing gained whilst working in an Agency environment 
    • Has the drive to work independently and who takes pride in their work.
    • Strong understanding of the B2B Technology landscape
    • Highly organized multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
