Job Description – Marketing Automation/Senior Marketing Automation Consultant – Marketo

At Unreal Digital Group, we believe in creating authentic B2B marketing experiences for our clients. We also believe in hiring team members who embody authenticity and want to create marketing campaigns and programs that move the dial.

For this critical role, we are looking for a passionate tech guru who is ready to contribute to defining best practices and processes, and help our clients achieve results with their marketing and sales technology. You will work with UDG clients and account teams to determine the best approach to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the allocated budget.

We are a virtual team, so a strong work-from-home ethic is important to ensure you’re able to work with your virtual team to deliver on agreed client objectives. We are passionate about marketing here at UDG – and it is our hope that this role will feel that same passion for marketing, technology and finding creative solutions to our client’s problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of experience of martech execution; agency experience a plus
  • Serve as the expert in marketing technology platforms, specifically Marketo (Marketo Certification required)
  • Additional marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) or web development experience a plus
  • Knowledge of sales engagement technologies (Outreach, SalesLoft, Drift, etc.) a plus
  • Support the client services team by providing best practices guidance and helping with requirements gathering to support client’s needs/implementations
  • Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems and issues
  • Passionate about reporting and analytics, and ensuring this is part of the UDG client engagement DNA
  • Vigorous time management and project management skills: ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients
  • Core understanding of all types of B2B marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital) and how they deliver on the client’s strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to reach out and build relationships with clients, manage expectations and inspire confidence, gain client input and deliverables in a timely fashion to enable programs to be executed according to plan
  • Knowledge of how to identify new areas within the client’s business where UDG might engage
  • Technical Account Manager (TAM) abilities – project management, good client facing skills, ability to talk to a non-technical audience, ability to translate business goals into marketing/tech strategy, etc.
  • Possess an always learning mentality and is passionate about quality deliverables and successful outcomes
  • Understanding of project management systems and tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion

This role will report to the Director of Technology and will also work closely with the agency partners.

Job Description – Account Strategist / Demand Gen Program Manager

For this role, the Group Account Director is responsible for cultivating existing client relationships and promoting ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring high quality deliverables are created by the team. Reporting to the VP of Demand Gen, the Group Account Director will provide strategic oversight to demand generation projects and assist the demand gen team in executing programs that generate results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership: Motivate and supervise a team of strategists/program managers to ensure programs are successfully executed based upon client objectives
  • Project Management: Manage employee workload and time utilization through proper delegation of assignments and projects
  • Mentorship: Coach and develop team on best practices and identify training needs base on industry trends
  • Budgetary Oversight: Holds team accountable and able to manage project creep by overseeing account-level P&L
  • Strategic Account Leadership: Contributes to client success by providing strategic recommendations and creation of demand generation plans, nurture strategies, lead management, etc
  • Account Expansion: Identifies business development opportunities within account portfolio in conjunction with UDG’s business development team
  • Client Management: Directly manages select, high-level/visibility accounts

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, agency experience preferred
  • 2+ years experience in people management
  • Understanding of waterfall planning and funnel metrics, and the ability to build top down/bottoms up demand gen plans based on client revenue goals
  • Martech savvy – understanding of marketing automation platforms, sales enablement, ABM and other related tools and the role it plays in revenue generation for our clients
  • Experience with using and reporting using project management solutions
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting from an agency perspective
  • Experience working with B2B companies (tech/SaaS strongly preferred)
This role will report to the VP of Demand Gen.

Job Description – Account Strategist / Demand Gen Program Manager

At Unreal Digital Group, we believe in creating authentic B2B marketing experiences for our clients. We also believe in hiring team members who embody authenticity and want to create marketing campaigns and programs that move the dial.

For this role, we are looking for a collaborative marketer that can not only manage and deliver marketing programs to plan and budget, but also has a strong understanding of digital campaigns including paid search and paid social.  While we do not expect this role to optimize Google Ad campaigns, we do expect this role to be able to work with our digital team to best leverage digital as part of the overall demand mix. Modern demand generation practices should be core to your DNA.

  • 3+ years of experience of demand generation campaign execution; agency experience a plus
  • Strong project management and budget management skills
  • Working knowledge of digital campaigns and an solid understanding of how to integrate these platforms to traditional communications campaigns
  • Passionate about reporting and analytics
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms and knowledge of other martech tools like Drift, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
  • Vigorous time management skills: ability to juggle multiple campaigns and clients 
  • Core understanding of all types of B2B marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital) including content creation and how to deliver on the client’s strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage work streams across teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to reach out and build relationships with client, manage expectations and inspire confidence, gain client input and deliverables in a timely fashion to enable programs to be executed according to plan
  • Able to compile content and lead weekly campaign reviews with clients with a focus on outcomes vs objectives
  • Knowledge of how to identify new areas within the client’s business where UDG might engage
  • Confident in front of a client
