JOB DESCRIPTION – Account Manager, DG, Paid Media

The Role

As an Account Manager with a paid media focus, you’ll be the driving force behind successful client campaigns. You’ll blend traditional account management responsibilities with hands-on expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results through data-driven demand generation and paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for demand generation and paid media activities.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize demand generation programs with a special emphasis on paid media campaigns, ensuring they deliver on time, within budget, and exceed performance targets.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with client goals, encompassing channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media efforts with broader campaign objectives.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project and paid media budgets, track spending, and provide regular performance reports to clients.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing agency with a strong emphasis on paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong client service skills with a focus on driving results through paid media.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation platforms, sales enablement, ABM, and paid media tools.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple paid media projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a commercial focus and a deep understanding of the B2B Technology landscape.
