Sales Administrator

Description
Unreal Digital is looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Sales Administrator to support our Partners/Owners and the broader sales process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes pride in producing top-quality client materials, and is passionate about enabling sales excellence through precision and process.

You’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, managing proposals, PSAs, and SOWs from start to finish, ensuring every deliverable aligns with client expectations and our agency’s high standards. You’ll also assist with light executive support tasks, helping our leadership stay organized and focused.

What You'll Do

  • Own the preparation and quality of proposals, PSAs, and SOWs from draft to delivery.
  • Support the full sales process, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Work in HubSpot to manage client data, monitor pipeline activity, and generate reports.
  • Create professional Google Slides presentations and client-facing decks.
  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools to help enhance proposals, summarize insights, and improve communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client services, and leadership teams to ensure smooth sales handoffs.
  • Provide light executive assistance to the Partner/Owner, including email and calendar management.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration, operations, or executive support (agency or professional services experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality client documentation and presentations.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to streamline writing and workflows.
  • 2+ years experience with Google Slides
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:
Remote (U.S.-based WEST COAST candidates only)
