Unreal Digital is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives for some of the world’s most innovative brands. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guide multi-channel marketing strategies, and mentor a high-performing account team — all while delivering measurable business impact.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain high-level, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, social, content, and experiential channels.
- Own and grow partner marketing programs — co-marketing, events, incentives, and indirect channel strategies.
- Identify long-term client opportunities, challenges, and business needs.
- Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and production teams to deliver innovative, performance-driven campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and empower account teams to achieve top-tier performance and growth.
- Set KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver compelling, data-driven results and recommendations.
- Drive alignment, operational efficiency, and client success across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns that drive business outcomes.
- Strong background in B2B demand generation or content marketing.
- Experience with partner marketing, PRM platforms, ABM, sales enablement, or marketing automation (bonus points!).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and client leadership skills.
