Description
Unreal Digital Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong content strategy expertise to lead client relationships and drive results across fast-paced, integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate lives and breathes B2B content marketing, thrives in an agency environment, manages multiple complex accounts seamlessly, and brings both strategic vision and day-to-day precision.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that move the needle for leading B2B and technology clients — including those in the cloud, SaaS, and enterprise tech sectors (if your experience is mostly in digital advertising, social media, or consumer-focused content unfortunately, this won't be the right fit). If you've led content programs, messaging frameworks, and campaigns for B2B tech or SAAS clients inside an agency, we would LOVE to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients — leading with strategy, empathy, and accountability.
  • Develop and guide content marketing strategies that align with business goals and client KPIs.
  • Oversee campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring excellence in every deliverable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate creative, editorial, and performance insights.
  • Analyze results and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 4-5 years experience in a B2B content or demand generation agency, managing multi-channel programs with a strong content marketing foundation.
  • Proven experience managing B2B or tech clients — cloud, SaaS, or enterprise experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong content marketing background; managing editor or editorial strategy experience a major plus.
  • Skilled at juggling competing priorities in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics).

Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience.
 
Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only).
